Beautiful The other day I went to the gym and at the door waited a little surprise - this note.  It was so conveniently placed near the handle for those to see, especially those going to workout.  Something about this just made me feel good about people around campus.  Body image is such a concern for individuals and is unfortunately tied to self-esteem.  Obviously, most individuals are going to the gym to change their body because of their own negative views so it makes me happy to see that someone is trying to make others feel better through this seemingly little note.
